Cora L. Wiggins 1948 ~ 2010 WEST JORDAN - Cora L. Wiggins, 62, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2010. She was born July 29, 1948 to Warren and Clara Ellis Dowdle in Layton, Utah. She married William Wiggins on October 6, 2000 in West Valley, Utah. Cora proudly served in the Air Force and the Navy and was a veteran of Desert Storm. She was a member of the LDS church and had a great love of her family. She liked to do crafts. She is survived by her husband, William, four sons, Chuck (Tonya), Roosevelt; Keith (Janata), China; Fred (Sadie), Provo; and Cory, West Jordan; four grandchildren, father, Warren Dowdle, Layton; six brothers, Ben, Brad, Greg, James, Pat and Fred, two sisters, Sharee and Arlene.
